Monday – Sunday 8 am – 12 am and 3 pm – 6 pm
Check-in: 3 pm- 6 pm
Check-Out: 12 noon (vehicles and tents)
Check-Out: 11 am (rental units)

Please also note our cancellation policy:

• • Up to 3 days before arrival: free cancellation
  • Less than 3 days before arrival: 50% of the travel price
  • Cancellation on the day of arrival or in the event of no-show: 100% of the total amount

Ideally situated among green hills our site is only 1.2 km away from the heart of the romantic old city centre of Freiburg. From Hirzberg Camping it is a short distance to the beautiful mountains of the Black Forest, either by bike, train or car. You have direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails. A lovely bike lane leads along the river “Dreisam”. There is a  tram stop nearby (7 mins walk).

Our Campground:

Hirzberg Camping is a small and quiet campground with about 65 sites with electric hook-ups for caravans, motorhomes and tents. All our staff is English speaking.

  Our heated building houses offers all sanitary facilities with free hot showers, the chemical disposal point, a kitchen for cooking and dish washing, a launderette with washing machine and tumble dryer and a common room.   In our reception we offer you a wide selection of free brochures on local attractions and maps with suggested routes for hiking or biking. In our little café you may treat yourself with our coffee/tea specials. In the store we provide a small stock of food and camping utensils all year round. The restaurant Zum Stahl next door to our site with its shady, popular beer garden offers various dishes and drinks. It is the place to relax at the end of the day. Free Wi – Fi  for 1 hour per day.

   
We offer rental caravans, wooden huts of different sizes and categories. Cabins and tents can be rent from April to September. Our caravans can be rent all year round.     Well behaved dogs are welcome.
